The Echo Spot performs double duty, functioning as both an alarm clock and a smart display, for a one-stop spot to get weather updates, the time, and voice controls for your smart devices. While a lack of a camera means it can’t do video calls, that also means you can place it on your nightstand and not worry about a camera in your bedroom. At full price, it isn’t our favorite smart display thanks to its inability to play videos and smaller screen, but on sale it becomes a much more intriguing value. You might even consider getting more than one to sprinkle voice controls throughout your home.
