Why are my controller batteries not charging?

Please make sure the batteries are positioned correctly in the controllers. There are metal contacts on the battery (in gray) that have to face upwards for charging.

How many times can I charge the batteries?

The battery can be recharged 500 COMPLETE charge/discharge cycles ( 0% – 100%, 100% – 0% ).

Is this charging stand compatible with Quest3?

The battery cover that comes with the S20 Pro is only compatible with Quest 2. But you can conveniently purchase our latest Quest 3 battery covers (ASIN: B0CPSLFY1G) on Amazon. After that, you can use the S20 PRO charging dock with your Quest 3.

Why are my controller batteries not charged up to 100%?

Usually, the batteries is fully charged, but the Quest may still display it at 90% or lower.To prevent overcharge and increase both battery life and charging stability, the battery display may show that the batteries are not fully charged.

Can I turn off the LED light?

Sure, you can press the fingerprint area to turn on/off the LED light easily.
