Problem: The pump stopped working

Solutions:

Generally, it can be used normally after cleaning (the water pump rotates at 3000 revolutions per minute, which is very fast. If hair or other things get in the rotor, it will stop working. It needs to be cleaned once every 15 days during continuous use)

4. If the motor is humming, try cleaning the motor, making sure nothing is stuck around the impeller. If the motor is not humming, try replacing the pump. Please contact the seller promptly to replace the water pump.

5. If there are air bubbles in the water pump, the flow becomes weak or cannot be pumped. Restart the water pump to recover.
